Bob Moore Ford

The technician that drove my car was driving my car way too fast in the parking lot. I have a 2018 Focus ST and he got the turbo up to pretty much the maximum boost level that the car reaches just in the parking lot which is completely uncalled for. I don’t appreciate my car being driven so hard by someone that is supposed to be fixing my car not potentially breaking it. If that is how Ford technicians treat customers vehicles then I will not be getting any more work or service done at this dealership if the technicians can’t treat my property with respect. I have video of the technician reaching speeds of about 30 mph in the crowded dealership parking lot. The needle on the boost gauge shouldn’t even move while being driven through the parking lot because the technician should not be going full throttle through the parking lot. There were also some scuffs left on my wheels from the technician not being careful while removing the wheels.

This was all around a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle from! We were literally in and out. We drove from Indiana to purchance an F-450 and we love it!

I was treated courteously and professionally by Jeff the service manager. I was notified of the work that was recommended before work was accomplished. The price was agreed to upfront with no unexpected charges.

Jeff did a great job on both trucks! Very quick turnaround. All of the staff where great and lobby and the service area was very clean.

Standard service oil change tire rotation and vehicle inspection was completed in a timely manner no issues. This is the second time we have used Bob Moore and this time was much better than the last. I will say I am really sick of the review request.

Made appointment. Met by Chad who greeted me by name. Had coffee in the comfortable waiting area. Chad came out and told me I was ready to go. Total time about an hour. Enjoyable, fast, efficient, I'll be back.
