The sales staff to the accounting department all dropped the ball. Continuously sending me inadequate title, power of attorney, and supporting documents. Each time delaying the proper Oklahoma tag to replace the already expired temp tag.

Kermit Denton was most helpful showing and explaining to me about the truck I bought. He helped me with all questions that I asked plus explained to me in simple terms. He said if I had more to ask he said to call and he would help me out.

When I arrived, I was there to look at a certain truck that I had come across online while doing some spur of the moment shopping. I was meet by Gary Baker with a smile and a hand shake. After looking at said truck, it was decided that I wanted to go a different route. I informed Mr. Baker what I was looking for and the parameters I was looking to stay between, not really giving him much to go on. I feel that he and the team at Bob Moore did an excellent job in finding what I needed, and definitely when above anything I was expecting. Cliff the sales manager along with John the sales man has listened to exactly what I wanted and my price range . The financing went smooth thanks to Mo. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and will purchase another vehicle from them . They do need a bit better organized lay out of the used trucks so can test drive with out having to wait to long to test drive. John greeted me professionally in the lot while I seen others just standing around . Cliff and John along with Mo are team players .
