Buying 2018 Ford Escape

I recently bought a 2018 Ford Escape. And the purchase could not have gone more smoothly. My sales person was Kermit Denton and he was very friendly and helpful throughout my time there. He answered all my questions and worked with me to get the best affordable price. It was my first car purchase so I was a bit nervous going in but Kermit eased my nerves by being very helpful and easy to work with. The finance people were great too and even worked with me to get extra services on my car without raising the price which was great. Overall a very wonderful experience and would definitely go back again!

Fantastic Service on New Vehicle Purchase

Went in Wednesday to look at a used Explorer with Mack. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I went back Thursday with more questions and worked with Kyle Christian. I ended up going with a brand new 2018 Ford Escape SE. The entire process was very easy. Kyle answered any questions I had and showed me all the amazing features. Finance department worked quickly and gave me what I think is a very fair finance option. Car was cleaned and fueled up. They did an incredible join cleaning it. My amazing ride shines beautiful in the sun. Very pleased with my experience from Mack, to Kyle, to finance, and everyone I met with in between.

Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape

I had a very good experience working with Mike Musgrove to purchase a new vehicle. He worked hard to get me the kind of vehicle I wanted and he came through. He's a friendly personal guy with a big smile, thanks for making this transition so easy with no stress. My vehicle was brought in from another dealership so in the meantime I got to drive a 2018 Ford Escape loaner, very nice ride. The car arrived two days later but in the meantime I was the pest by texting him to ask if it was there yet. I should also mention he has a lot of patience. He even came into work on his day off; who does that? There was one minor flaw with the facility for non-smokers, the ashtray by the bench just outside the entrance was spilling over and it was smelly.

Wasn?t planning on buying just yet.

We came to Bob Moore Ford to look at a Ford Focus ST. We weren?t prepared to buy because we had intended to sell our vehicle outright, and return to purchase a Focus when we had done so. Kevin Erickson showed us the exact car we were looking for. He made us an offer on our trade that we were unexpectedly pleased with. A few hours later, we drove off in our new car, surprised, but feeling very comfortable with our experience.

Purchased new 2017 Ford Explorer

In 50 years of buying vehicles we have never had anybody in TX or OK as outstanding as Kevin Erickson at Bob Moore when buying a vehicle. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked with us until we got exactly what we needed. Ford Expedition

I test drove, traded-in, and purchased my used vehicle within a short amount of time. The financing options were very easy and affordable. Used 2016 Ford Fusion purchase

I'm a very cautious used car buyer, maybe to a fault. Sales team was helpful and seeminly honest. Getting the We Owe items completed after the purchase was a pain. When I went back to dealer to pick up the car, I found only a portion of the We Owe items were completed and I had to spell the remaining ones out to their service department and wait longer. I just got the feeling that after the sale they wanted to wash their hands clean of me and move onto the next sale. I later found out that my used car had been in a car accident even though the CarFax was clean. A friend noticed the repainted door panel taped edges indicators which to someone in the auto industry would be readily evident while to a novice buyer like me are not. The repair I think was done well although there is a little warping of the door panel at the bottom. I just would have liked the dealer to be upfront and honest about it or just not carry such a used car on their lot if they can't be upfront about something like this.
