Best car buying experience ever!
I was referred to Kyle Christian at Bob Moore by friends and I am so glad I was. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years, and this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional. Before we stepped out on the lot, Kyle asked me what was on my list of `must have?s? and then showed me only the vehicles that met that criteria. Once I picked out the perfect vehicle, the financing process was seamless. Kyle took care of me in every step of the process and made it very simple... he was awesome!! I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from him and will refer friends in the meantime

I wanted a car like my wrecked one.
My sister told me to go look at the Ford Escape. She has been happy with hers. Kevin brought around a car that was the same size as my old car, and it had all the features I wanted. And my new Escape is "White gold" which is just a tad lighter in color than my "Golden Sand" Rav4. I have 30 miles on the odometer and it feels like my car.

Nice folks, business practices could be better
Friendly folks and reasonable to deal with. They didn't try to play games as much as other dealers. With that said, I bought a used vehicle. It wasn't cleaned or detailed, and the delivery was pretty much a "here's your keys" situation. A week later and I'm still learning about the vehicle, don't have a second set of keys, and need to have it detailed and waxed. Their "policy" is they don't put gas in the vehicles for the customer. Our sales rep put $20 of gas in anyway. Additionally, after 5 days my lender had to call me because they couldn't get the dealership to call them back. The Finance Mgr never sent the application for title or the Bill of Sale to the lender. When we called they were full of excuses about the finance guy being new and he had been out for training for a few days, etc. I'm honestly on the fence whether I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel I'm about $200 or more (haven't priced it all yet) out of pocket I shouldn't be because of extra keys, detail/wax, and the extra fuel that is usually complements of the dealership.
