Finally I decided to leave my comment as I tell the seller, first I must say that I am very grateful to Mr. Jerry who was very kind to assist me on the two occasions I was looking for a new car for my wife, according to what I had planned not to buy the economic car I was looking for but they kept the offer I saw on the internet of a Ford Focus SEL 2017, without any pressure, but when you pass to the financing, they wanted to increase the price by offering me several types of insurance which I do not take, when I was ready to sign the finance, the Business Manager tell me he can give me a better interest if I take an insurance called ResistAll, I finally fell into that trap and accept the agreement, I do not worry about the $ 500 extra, but if you know me gave a 4.54% cup with TD Auto Finance LLC, today by my credit record other Bank offers me 2.99%, so much much and much since as always many people complain about this kind of things. The only strange detail with the car was from the photo of the publication on the website page of Bob Moore Ford until the moment of taking the car no one noticed that the headlights of the car were different, when I spoke with Mr. Jerry, he was very kind to find the solution and receive the car, I left it a Saturday and they gave me another Ford Focus while the headlight came right, five days later they gave me my new car, it was not clean and then I returned on Saturday to deliver it as it has to be a new agency car, always the seller from the Dealer was attentive to each observation. In my opinion, I am always very attentive to the details and I believe that in this Dealer must be attentive to all this not to go through these discomforts that should not happen when one buys a new car.
