Car buying experience
We really enjoyed our recent car buying experience at Bob Moore ford. We would definitely return as customers. They were very, very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable and friendly
Great experience at this dealership. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone has a smile on their face. Hassle-free experience. My husband and I are new to car buying and they answered all of our many questions without acting annoyed. They gave us a great deal and got us in exactly what we asked for. Will definitely go back when it's time to buy our next vehicle.

Changed my views on Fords
Great dealership and had some beautiful cars. All were reasonably priced and in excellent condition. Kermit Denton was the nicest salesman and was very comfortable to talk with. 10/10 will recommend to other people.

Kyle Christain
my wife and I have been shopping for a new family vehicle for several weeks. In our travels around the state, I have drop in from time to time to look at vehicles and the mob of salesmen that hits you when you step out of your vehicle is insane. I bought my last vehicle from Bob Moore Ford in OKC and I decided to stop in there to look. my wife and I was able to walk and look at our won free will without some salesman bugging us. when I decided that I had found a vehicle, I went inside and met with Kyle Christian. The minute I met Kyle, I knew I was going home with a new vehicle. I knew that I had wasted so much time with other dealerships looking and pressure to buy, and I could of kick myself that I hadn't came back to Bob Moore sooner. Kyle was professional and zero pressure to buy, had all the answers to my question, looked at my trade in, staff was Jimmy on the spot and the follow ups after we bought the vehicle was a great surprise. The F-150 that I bought was the 29th vehicle that I have purchase in my life time and I can say Hands down, the greatest experience of my life.

Unknowledgeable Sales Staff. Countless Oversights.
I essentially had to sell the car to myself. The salesman as well as the sales managers were completely unknowledgeable about one of their own Ford products. They even went as far as to try and say the price was based off the inclusion of accessories that the car clearly did not have. The vehicle was a CPO. The recalls were not fixed prior to it being sold, which per a Ford customer service representative, should have been. The paperwork for the CPO was not filed with the manufacturer and they had no record of it being a CPO. It took several calls with the dealership to get this straightened out. I was told someone forgot to finish the last step. To get the recalls fixed, the salesman assured me that he would have it done in 2 days. This timeline continued getting pushed out as they discovered they needed to order parts to implement the recall fixes. The dealership was in possession of my car for 7 days to fix a recalls that should have been done before the sale--leaving me without transportation. No loaner was offered to me. After getting the recalls fixed for the door latches, I discovered that they neglected to hook up the drivers side door lock switch requiring me to return to the dealership yet again to have this corrected. The finance department handled the financing like they said they would; however, they insisted that the lender was requiring GAP insurance and would not process the paperwork without me purchasing it. This is despite the contract saying it was optional coverage. This was later verified with the lender directly. Upon requesting to cancel the GAP coverage, the finance department has been unresponsive in filing the paperwork and I've had to follow up multiple times. I've bought plenty of Ford vehicles over the years, but this was a very underwhelming sales experience by far. They gave the impression that they were not interested in selling the car. If you buy a car here, be sure to watch them through every step of the process to make sure things are done as promised.

Purchase of 2014 Ford F250
Our experience with Bob Moore was a very good one. Kermit Denton knows the vehicles, he was a great help in our purchase. The entire process from the sales department to the finance DEPT was a breeze. Colt Johnasen worked to get us the lowest possible finance rate. I strongly recommend Bob Moore. We will return in the future.
