Purchase was easy but there was zero follow up. Also there must be a better way for the process to not involve waiting . And waiting ....and waiting....

I was so pleased with the experience and the was my daughter was treated the day before I decided to purchase a 2012 Ford F150 from Justin the next day. He made the experience pleasant and pain free.
