Bob Moore Ford charged me $900 to change out a front headlight with ballast. The way your personel even worded it was pathetic, that I should be sitting down for this news making it sound worse than it really was. I said no and went to Fast Lube of Moore. They literally greeted me in their lot, popped the hood infront of me and pulled out the bulb with the ballast. It’s sold as one entity and your people (Josh Clift) tried to scam me as if it were two separate pieces to make more money off of me especially during a time of Covid 19 and finances are steep for people, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Fast Lube of Moore took care of me in 20 minutes and I paid less than $200 to get the work done. I have a formal letter I’m putting together for your president with photos of complaint. I was a loyal customer for 6 years and can guarantee you I will be taking my patronage elsewhere. I am EXTREMELY disappointed on how your corporate culture tried to screw me over. I am still in disbelief still.

Kyle was wonderful to work with, he made the process very smooth. Great personality and laid back. Most car salesman are not a joy to mess with, but Kyle doesn’t fall under that type at all. He is your guy and will do his best to get you the vehicle you’re looking for!
