Very professional and quick. Everyone from Jeff to the driver was excellent. Went in for a recall and they caught that the transmission was under extended warranty. Vehicle drives so much better. Would recommend.

RECALLS NOT HONORED
My parents received recall notices on parts of the gas tank and the passenger side air bags and called Bob Moore Ford to have them repaired as the letter stated to call any Ford dealer and they would provide a rental while the work was completed. When they contacted Bob Moore service center they were informed that they would not honor the letter from Ford, specifically the loaner, because they had been burned to many times. This is horse xxxx. If they carry the Ford name and sell Ford vehicles, they should honor the recalls on any Ford vehicle. My father still works and has to have transportation but doesn't feel that he should have to rent a vehicle himself when the information from Ford Motor Company says they will provide the rental. Will never work with or purchase anything from this business as they do not honor their contracts.
