Charged me 125.00 and said I needed a new heater core,...

Charged me 125.00 and said I needed a new heater core, 1300.00 repair. They admitted to not doing any diagnostics on the truck, did not hook it up to diagnostic equip nor did they do any pressure tests. Another auto shop resolved the problem and it was not the heater core. My money was refunded after I called the manager.

Absolutely the best service dept. & staff. Went out of their way to be sure my Raptor was taken care of. Kyle in sales, followed up with me & made sure I got connected to the right person.
