Sales people where great.

Sales people where great. The price advertised was not what selling cehicle for. It ended up being 5k more than advertised and if you dod not finance 3200 more on top of the listed price. Fell there ads good be more transparent, not reslly fakse advertising

Enjoyed the process.

Enjoyed the process. Trentez helped me out so much. Finance were great as I was coming in from out of State to pick up the vehicle, everything was done ahead of time and I was able to arrive at the dealership and was driving my truck out in an hour.

After emailing for details on a car, Lori Hill called me.

After emailing for details on a car, Lori Hill called me. She said she had looked at the car and it was great. Since I was driving from out of town, I asked if she could send me some additional pictures. She said no problem. I never heard from her again. Manager Rayce called me the next day to follow up on my inquiry. He said the car was at an auction in Houston. (How could Lori have looked at it the previous day if it wasn’t even on the lot?) Rayce said he would let me know if it sold at the auction or not. If not, they would get it back and I said I would buy it. I never heard from Rayce again. I left several messages and texts to his personal cell. Also texted Lori again and chatted on a robo-text service with someone named Jenny. No response! They just ignored us. Apparently they are not in the business of selling cars. The vehicle is still on their website a week later as I write this review.

Awesome dealership who really helps it's customers. We had trouble trading in our vehicle at other places, and they worked hard to get what we wanted.

Spoke with Lori on the phone regarding a vehicle, came to terms over the phone regarding trade, vehicle, drove 1.5 hrs to the dealership. Walked in and she was no where to be found, 2 hrs of being stuck here she still was “occupied”, got poached from another sales person that “started” our paperwork due to us asking them if we could park somewhere since there was absolutely no parking available, so we were stuck and brought us terms that were nowhere near what we spoke about, vehicle was completely out of gas for test drive. Another salesman was running up and down the stairs throwing a water bottle, which yes got me wet as I was standing at the bottom (again whatever, they have a bunch of kids working here). Switched out managers (went through 3) to play hardball, 4 hours later we are leaving after our credit is ran without purchasing due to this Completely unprofessional place, and joke of a dealership. Would NOT recommend this dealership. And yes, I would like a phone call from the GM Brent Wilson directly regarding this matter (my phone number is in our file, we were looking at the pink Gladiator) WILL NOT RETURN, DO NOT RECOMMEND
