Great service but hate price too high

Stop making engine harder to work on. I would not buy any new car. I will keep older cars

Family friendly atmosphere

Purchased a 2014 Expedition and traded in a Tahoe. Brad Nobel was my salesman and he was very helpful. Also dealt with Laine Diffee who was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Great service

I bought a Ford Flex and I LOVE it! Our salesman Chris was just awesome and mark the finance person was great and helpful as well. Couldn't be more pleased!

Just came in for a oil change.

Went in for a oil change, when it was done Phil at the service asked if I'd noticed a particular issue with the brakes. I said yes, thinking it was just me. My wife didn't say anything unusual was happening when she applied the brakes. Phil said the tech that did the oil change said something to him (Phil) about the brakes acting up. That says a lot about a Dealership when they ask you if something is acting up on your car. More yet the tech that noticed it was happening and saying something about it to Phil, can't get any better than what happened to me. Diffee Ford Lincoln is fixing the unit now,good people taking care of the people that buy their units. Diffee's the place to go for help and friendship and a car. Thanks Bob

Good people

The group at Diffee Ford is always very polite and very helpful. They did forget to call me and let me know when my car was ready. The man that picked me up was in a hurry as it was time for him to go home and he ran over one of the barrier poles in front of my company office and pulled it out of the asphalt. I did report this to Diffees and was assured they would cover any cost for the damages to my workplace. We have purchased vehicles from this dealer for at least the last 20 years and they have always done a good job.
