Great service, clean facilities

I had to get an electronic part with the shifter fixed on my 2013 Lincoln MKX. They told me it would take at least 2 hours - because it was a busy day (being a holiday), it took 3 hours. However, I also got one of my keys rebuilt (after dropping it) and got a carwash and vacuum included in the 3 hour wait. The staff was very helpful and courteous dropping off the car and picking it up. It was about as pleasant as a wait can be when getting your car fixed. Free coffee, soft drinks or water was available as well.

Great Staff. Clean facility. Courtesy everywhere.

Greeted as we got out of our car by a salesperson. I had been talking to Casey and knew she was not there that day. Lorne had been informed of us coming by Casey. The vehicle had a couple of options that were not acceptable to my wife and I. Lorne found another vehicle that met our desire and needs. He arranged a dealer trade and we picked up our new vehicle, a MKX, the next morning. I did not know buying a vehicle could be so pleasurable. We met Court, Mark, Cody, Casey, Lorne, along with several others whose names I can't recall. Everyone was exceptional.

As with my purchasing experience and getting our F150 and expedition survived there . All experiences have been excellent

Oil change and service

I was very pleased with the service on my MKS. The staff was very pleasant and my car was clean and ready to go in less than an hour. Thank you Diffee's.

Retired

The only drawback is that next time I may want to bring a cot in case I may have to spend the night. Just kidding. Great job. I am sure I'll be back. I probably will not visit the other guy(s). Jack T. Snoddy

Service on vehicle.

Your people are always very nice and helpful. My service was on a 2014 F 250 purchased at your dealership. I recently told a friend he should look at your place when he was wanting to buy a new truck. He did so in late Dec. at Diffee's. He really liked the no hassle process on pricing a new truck, compared to most other dealerships. Thanks. Don Wagner
