Mister

Bought New Vehicle; Chandler Diffee helped me and did a great job. I talked to him at the OKC Car Show 9 months ago, told him what I wanted, and he called me in December to let me know they had what I wanted. I bought a 2015 Expidition, based on his great service.

brought vehicle in for the works on a Saturday morning. Service was done very quickly.Took maybe an hour. Love the snack from cashier for ride home.

WE CAME IN LATE IN THE DAY, ON A FRIDAY EVENING, DURING THE HOLIDAY EVENING. LORNE AND EVERYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY HELPFUL. AS YOU KNOW WE LEFT WITH A NEWER CAR FOR VAL (MY WIFE) SHE LOVE'S IT! WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED.

Love the nice waiting area. And donuts!!

They had to go to the city to get my tire. The guy came to me and explained why it took so long. They did wonderful job.

Great I was completely satisfied

I bought my Lincoln Navigater from Chandler Diffee. Shortly after I bought it i noticed the yellow dash. The dash did not match the rest of the interior. I hated it. I thought that was the way it was supposed to be. When Chandler saw it he started the process of getting it off. The service dept called me and set up a time to see what they could do. Not only did they get the awful yellow off but washed the car. Looked like new. Now all the interior matches and I am very happy. I was considering trading the car off. Now I do not have to. Thanks to Chandler and the service department.

Great service , execelent facility

This was the first return to the agency since the purchase ( 2006 Lincoln MKZ ). The service manager gave a good report - no further repairs needed. I now realize I didn't receive the (Owner Advantage Rewards) that were mailed to me. I forgot about them at payment time.

Service advisor, Joe Kutheis, is one of the very best at his trade. He is always courteous, business like and willing to do what ever is required to please the customer. You have a real "gem in Joe". Great service

I always get fast and friendly service. The facilities are lovely and it is a great place to wait for repairs/oil change. Staff is helpful and kind.
