Courteous, Professionalism and Great Service

I have never been assisted in such a courteous and polite way. Thanks to Mark Lee and Adran Gibbs for their great service in assisting me in purchasing my car, they were both very detailed and patient in explaining everything I needed to know about my car. Excellent and Complete Service to Me

My experience in searching for the vehicle I recently purchased was quick and very specific. I got exactly what I was in search of. The sale was easy and delivery timely. I've used this dealership for over 10 years with my other Cadillac and they have always been fair and treated me with exceptional professional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest people. Dixon Carter and Thomas Maassen are great to work with.

Great service for the maintenance requirements, I respect them for NOT trying to over-sell but make suggestions when recommended service is needed... Amanda Hamlin, Service Consultant, performed a friendly and great job !

Mark Lee! The Best Experience!

Mark Lee gave us the best car buying experience ever. His response time to calls or texts from us was immediate. He got everything from us that he needed before we arrived so all paperwork could be completed by the time we arrived and he didn't forget a thing. We drove nearly 5 hours to buy a used Nissan Armada that we came across online and it was even better than Mark and the pictures described. Everyone else we dealt with showed the same level of respect and professionalism. Thanks Bob Moore for allowing your staff to work the way they do. If you're looking for a new or used car start with Bob Moore, and do yourself a favor and ask for Mark Lee, we certainly will the next time we're looking for another vehicle.

Be sure of what you are buying

I called to buy a used corvette from them and was assured it had a clean car fax. I put a deposit down and flew from Dallas to Oklahoma City only to find out the car had a "branded" title and was a lemon law buy back. I was obviously uncomfortable with this so I said I wasn't going to buy it and he told me I would need to get a cab back to the airport. I would not recommend doing Buisness here without thoroughly investigating the car you are buying. And ASK to see the car fax don't take there word for it

Saved again...

I was on my way to a Dr. appointment, when I noticed a warning that one of my tires was losing pressure. I called the Bob Moore service department and was quickly connected to a service advisor. They recommended diverting from my appointment and bringing the vehicle right in. By the time I got there (I was less than 10 minutes away), they had notified my service advisor and he had a loaner vehicle ready to go. I signed for it and left immediately arriving in plenty of time for my appointment. After the appointment, I received a call letting me know that they had to order a new tire. The tire came in the same day and by 5 PM, I was back in my vehicle with a new front tire. That is service that most other dealerships would find hard to beat...
