Hummer owner

My service advisor was great. The shop itself took forever. After waiting over 3 hours to get an oil change and recall done, she had to go check on my Hummer and bring it back up to me. The shop wouldn't show it was done and it really was. I am thankful my service advisor knew her stuff! Or I would still be waiting. Just because Hummers are obsolete doesn't mean the owners have to be ignored.

Service is courteous and timely

I have been in several times this year for various issues. My service advisor is attentive and very courteous. The costs have been right within the estimate or lower. I was very pleased I could use my coupon on my last problem. I was laid off a month ago and it was a blessing. They have also recommended repairs/maintenance from time to time, but if I had to delay or refuse the service, my service advisor has not been pushy at all. (I have purchased a car from them in the past, but not this car).

The customer service that I received was exceptional. Doug McKenna went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I wont ever take my car anywhere else.

Good service gave a new loaner car they did have to keep my car overnight but I was ok driving this 2016 they could've let me get in tha 17 escalade

Service manager goes the extra mile

Part failed within 300 miles of my warranty expiring. The service manager went out of his way to figure out a way to save me thousands in repair costs and ensure I stay a Cadillac service customer. Gold star customer service!

Outstanding staff and service

Took my wife's escalade in for repair and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and the staff at Bob Moore Cadillac were outstanding. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle received the best service and repair possible. Diron Carter Service Consultant notified promptly when vehicle was finished and noted issues I never new existed and had them repaired without hesitation. My wife and I really appreciate having a team of staff that really care about their customers and their vehicles. I also want to recognize the staff behind the scenes that did an outstanding job detailing and repairing our vehicle. They have certainly won a customer and friend for all time. P.S. I just bought a 2015 Cadillac from Bob Moore in Edmond Ok. My salesman was Mark Lee and I have to say it was the easiest, most fun experience in buying a car I have had. Mark is knowledgeable, personal and has a really fun personality. He made buying easy. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a new or used car. Thanks Mark for all your help! I also had a good experience in the finance department. I can't remember his name but he was filling in for someone and he was great! He was very kind and worked hard to make sure we were happy.
