Great Staff & Facilities
Based on an experience a few years ago with another Bob Moore dealership, said I would never buy another vehicle from Bob Moore dealership. Will Dodd (salesperson) and Justin (sales manager) definitely changed my mind. They treated me well and Will spent a tremendous amount of time with wife going over the details of her new vehicle. In short, a very good car buying experience.

Disappointed Customer
I was extremely disappointed. I bought a Cadillac ATS with a LOT of features The car is beautiful, but I felt completely overwhelmed by the different options because no one took the time to even briefly explain them. When my husband bought a truck from Hudiburg Chevrolet, they had someone spend over a half hour explains the features. That was A+ service. I thought I would get the same level of service at Bob Moore. That did not happen. The salesman wanted to make a sale not gain a long time customer. The whole experience was VERY dissapointing.

Cadillac indoctrination...Sign me up!!!
Shopping for a "new to me" car in OKC. Just happened to drive by Bob Moore Cadillac, and decided to stop. We were greeted by a friendly & professional salesperson (Will Dodd). Mr. Dodd immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. We were shown the car we were interested in. When we told Mr. Dodd we were going to continue looking at some other options, he treated us with respect & the mature calm that only comes with experience, and good character. We visited a couple of different dealerships and were left disappointed. ALL dealerships should mimic Bob Moore Cadillac. The pride Bob Moore Cadillac takes in the presentation of their cars on the lot, the attitude & mentality of staff, before-during-and after sale is unmatched. We are definitely "Caddy for lifers"!! We will tell as many people as we can about the amazing experience we had with Will D., Chad, and the rest of the Cadillac staff. Thank you so much!!

Purchase made me a lifelong customer
Ryan at Bob Moore Subaru was stellar. My wife and I came in knowing when we wanted to test drive. When those options didn't work out for various reason, Ryan helped us scour his stock and find something that wold work for us. There was no pressure during the whole process. Ryan listened to our concerns and helped us work through them. The only reason our buying process was not excellent was b/c our guy helping with the paperwork was helping out from a different dealership and didn't know all the processes 100%. Also the printer wasn't working at first. But that didn't deter us from wanting to come back for our next vechicle. We felt we got a great deal and are very excited about our purchase.
