Great service and knowledgeble

Great customer service from Shaun Hunt. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy . He was also very patient and understanding. He listen to what my main concerns were and what I wanted in the car.

Great service, Doug. Not pleased w orignal sale.

This service experience was fine; however, I rated a 4 due to my original purchase when my car got keyed 2 times within 2 weeks of my purchase and I came back to speak to our salesman, Ron, to see if your body shop would buff it out and he wouldn't even attempt it. I was not happy about that since you already have a body shop.

Very pleasant experience

The environment as a whole is quite enjoyable. I could sit for hours and the wait would not bother me. The refreshments that are offered, you do not get the same quality.

Professional staff and nice facility

Excellent work!

All staff were very helpful and professional. Doug and Eric always ensure prompt service for my vehicle. My SRX salesman Shaun Hunt passed through the waiting area to say hello and ask how my vehicle has been performing since I purchased it. That was very nice for him to take the time to do so.

Not the best, not the worst either

it was okay. the building is luxurious but the service department could use more training on how to treat customers so their experience is extraordinary!

wonderful facilities everyone was very pleasant

Jay Taylor was very helpful to my wife and I. We were not planning on purchasing a car at that moment by after speaking with Jay we decided on purchase the Cadillac.
