Extremely poor (no) service from Service Department

Never got any feedback, no written estimate for repairs, no info on error codes and no return phone calls from Doug McKenna and had to have my vehicle towed to another service center.

Our Service Director for Cadillac was able to speak to you and discuss the matter after the fact. Safety first

I have a 2013 CTS V. It has around 77 thousand miles on it. On my last oil change my Service Consultant ( Diron Carter) informed me my brakes needed to be replaced. I took it to Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, Oklahoma and the service department started on the repairs the same day. I did cost a lot, but I feel the work was done right.

Saved the day

While vacating in the mountains in Colorado it was time to come home. Leaving Colorado in the morning (temperature in the low 50’s) I started the drive to Oklahoma. In the Drive I noticed my air conditioning was not working. No air condition to Oklahoma with temperatures in Oklahoma at 97. I was hot. On Monday morning I took my Escalade to Bob Moore Cadillac and with the help of Ryan they fixed it that day. I found out my condenser was out. I am very happy now.

Green

I have always used Bob Moore for service on my vehicles. I have purchased (2) vehicles that are Cadillacs and I don’t trust anyone else with the service needs. Diron Carter and the rest of the service team are exceptionally professional and courtyard their work ethic is impeccable.

Emergency battery change on Saturday.

My battery would not start the car. I was able to jump start the car and take it to Bob Moore Cadillac on Saturday. Although they were very busy, they took me in and changed the battery, and provided a service call in under 2 hours. Thanks Doug McKenna for the extra effort.

Service customer

Excellent service as usual. I was met upon arrival with a smile and Service adviser handled it from there. Quick Service was done on my 2018 XTS Cadillac. Service adviser came to inform me with politeness , escorted me back to my vehicle and I was well please with the overall service.

Safety for my family

My reason for going to Bob Moore Cadillac was for a simple oil change. While my car was being serviced, they noticed my breaks needed to be replaced. They were thinking of my families safety. I think them for that.

key replacement

I have never been to your dealership. I went into the service department and it was extremely clean and organized. Paul was my service rep and he was fantastic to deal with. Very very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff I came into contact. I will definitely be back!
