Bob Moore Cadillac contacted me about a trade-in they'd just received. It fit my list of wants with the exception of power liftgate and price. Jonnette Bauer is an outstanding salesperson. She partners with co- worker Adran Gibbs who was very knowledgeable and courteous. They would not come off the asking price, but did have a lower doc fee than most dealerships. Overall, a pleasant car buying experience.

Recall notice
My OnStar gave me notice that my Escalade (Cadillac) had a recall notice. I took it in to my dealer and they fixed it in 30 minutes. My dealer treated to me to donuts and a soft drink. I had a great time talking to other customers. It was a good daY.

Radio faceplate inop
The radio faceplate on my 2014 Cadillac SRX was inoperative. I contacted the Bob Moore dealership in Edmond Oklahoma and talked to Doug McKenna. I have worked with Doug before on a previous Cadillac I owned. Doug and the Bob Moore dealership is customer focused and very professional in their interaction with customers. I observed Doug working with other customers and he is a asset to this dealership. He treats the customers fairly and with respect. Doug has gone out of his way to help me with any issue that I have had with out car. My experience with this Bob Moore Cadillac and with Doug McKenna encourages me to highly recommend this dealership to anyone for any type of service or repairs to their vehicle. They would rate a A plus rating.

Oil Change with a twist.
My OnStar Services notified me that I needed an oil change. Later on, Diron Carter (my Service Consulant) texted me to schedule an oil change appointment. I took my Escalade in and while I was getting an oil change, John (Bob Moore Manager) showed me a 2019 CTS V for sale. A thought for my future.

Excellent service for oil change
Scheduled an oil change with Diron, our service adviser. The service was completed in less than an hour and the cost was comparable with an outside fast oil change facility. However, we received a thorough vehicle inspection at the dealership.

Great experience
My buying and service experience was wonderful at Bob Moore Cadillac. John, Andy, Thomas thought of everything when helping me special order my Escalade. Jerry and Diron are great in the service department.
