Saved my day.
I live in Oklahoma. On a very very windy day I opened my door to get out and the wind caught my door to the extent I thought my door was coming off the Escalade. I did break a door latch. I drove it to Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond, Oklahoma and was greeted by my Service Consultant (Diron Carter). He fixed my car that day. I am very happy my car is fixed.

Oil change
They always do a great job! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The folks in the service department go above and beyond for their customers. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Doctor
No loaner car available. This caused major problems as I had to Uber/taxi everywhere at an enormous expense and enormous inconvenience! For the quality advertised and amount charged, it would seem you would provide loaners!

Oil change

8 problems found AFTER car purchase
I had already submitted a good review when we first bought a used car. I should have waited because problems started showing up within a couple of days. Took car in for evaluation at Brotherhood Garage, and 8 issues were found. Called the salesperson at Bob Moore in Edmond and was told sale of car was "as is". Had been told at the time of sale that the car had undergone a complete inspection and checked out fine. Untrue. We spent over $1500 repairing the two major problems. 6 more to go!! After nagging them to death, the general sales manager made a good will gesture which we appreciated. We will not do business here again.

We wish you would have given us opportunity to re evaluate the issues the garage stated. Though glad communication and gesture was made we care more about long term relationships. Oil change with air filters service
Contacted Diron Carter for service on our Cadillac SRX. Scheduled an early morning appointment and our car was serviced within 1 1/2 hours. In checking the car history, found that the air and cab filters needing replacing. The oil change and filter changes were all completed quickly and effectively. Thank you Bob Moore service department.
