Great car buyin experience

We had a great experience buying are last 2 cars here. We were very frustrated trying to deal with other dealerships in the area. Not the case at Paramont Ford Hyundai of Valdese. Are salesman Michael Connell was great. He didn't try to do any high pressure sales that you sometimes feel during car buying. I would recommend Michael and the rest of the team to anyone.

My wife and I had no problem with nothing.

This is the 2 auto i have bought at Paramount of Valdese and I have had no problem.. Travis MaMahan was very curtis and he new what he was talking about.

Awesome Salesman and Team!

Our Salesman Michael Connell was awesome! He worked really hard to find us 2 new cars that we could afford and love! He was not pushy at all which we found at multiple other dealerships (and left them because of it). Best car buying experience we've ever had! I will definitely recommend him and the rest of the Paramount team to anyone looking for a new or used car :) Beth T

Great experience

Buying a vehicle from this group was an absolutely great experience. Michael Connell was courteous and quick. Got me exactly what I asked for in a short amount of time. Followed up and made sure that what I got was what I wanted. Experienced, professional and courteous. A great group of people to deal with.

Very Misleading. Will not honor employee's word

Was led on for several weeks after being promised one thing. Salesman stated I was approved for a loan on a new F-150. Then come back and the deal wasn't true. Then after speaking to the management they were unwilling to make the deal right. They do not honor their employee's word, nor will they work with you when they have done ya wrong.

Most Pleased

Mark Engle was great! He called very shortly after I had left contact information online. There was no haggling, and no pressure to finance. He was friendly and professional and gave all the information they had on the vehicle in which we were interested. We are very happy customers. The other people we worked with were also very friendly and professional. The whole experience was exactly what you want in making a large purchase.

Great experience.

Even though there were a couple glitches in financing, it all worked out and we got the truck we wanted. Thanks to Mark Engle for being such a personable and down to earth guy and letting me pic with picture was better. :) Thanks Scott for understanding sometimes your rates don't win and not trying to change my mind.

Great Experience

This was a fast and easy process! Our salesman Mark Engle was a pleasure to work with. Mark was willing to listen to what we had to say and got us the vehicle that we wanted at a fair price. He explained and demonstrated how the features worked and made sure all of our questions were answered.
