Worst service department I've ever been to.

Worst service department I've ever been to. I had to have the same repairs like 5 times because they didn't repair it right the first time. Everyone knows that ounce an engine overheats enough to pop the head gasket the block should be decked. This happened four years ago and here we are 5 turbo and 5 head gaskets later. Ive had to get another car because of this. I think they messed up Deliberately. Chris Fury and all of his mechanics should be fired. And they haven't made contact either it's been a month.

Service Visit to Stuteville Tahlequah

I took my 2012 F250 in to the service department because the mirrors had quit operating properly, I talked to Jacob Ivey in the service dept, I explained that I needed my truck back on a quick turnaround, Jacob got parts ordered, and on the way, he kept me in the loop at all times through the process, and I got my truck back ahead of the deadline I needed. Thank you to Jacob and the staff in the service dept at Stuteville Tahlequah.

Service department recall

Had best experience I've ever had with a service department at any dealership. Very courteous and extremely knowledgeable personnel. Very helpful and comfortable to be around with and having pleasing conversations. A big Thank you to all that helped with my situation, especially Mr Derek Angel, and Lisa(sorry do not know last name) that work in service.

Service on a 2013 ford escape

My experience with the service department at stuteville ford in tahlequah oklahoma was amazing. Derek is an awesome service rep, I knew that he was helping me 100 percent of his ability. The whole service department there is great from chris the manager to lessah and derek the service reps. I would recommend this service department to anyone for thier service needs. I can't express enough how appreciative I am for the work they have done for me. They certainly treat every customer with respect and give them the best service for the best price. Thank you stuteville for everything you guys have done. Thank you derek for helping me through this entire process, you helped me keep my head up. Again thank you all.

Excellent customer service

This by far is the best dealership I have done business with especially in the service and parts department… Derek Angel the service advisor will go above and beyond in order to ensure the best quality of service available, very knowledgeable at what he does and one of the most respectful in the building. Definitely makes having any vehicle issue they better process

Love My Truck

I stopped in a few months ago looking for a nice used truck. I was greeted by Estevan Guzman. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly showed me a nice F-150 Lariat. The truck was in excellent shape, it had all the options I wanted and we agreed on a fair price. It was the best 'car buying' experience I have ever had. I love my truck!!

Piece of xxxx

Called service department 3 times this week, told me to leave a message so I left one and still no one ever called me back finally got hold of someone told me to give my phone number and they would get back with me and they didn’t do it. Spend all that money on a truck and can’t get it fixed I got to say this is the WORST place I ever bought a truck from!

Not so quick lane

Went for a quick Lane oil change. I was told it will be a couple of hours just to get me in because there were two cars ahead of me that needed tires. Not interested in wasting that much time for an oil change at a"quick lane".
