All are good except a misunderstanding where I waited in the waiting room while the car was done for more than one hour. It turned out that you texted me instead of finding me in the room.

Have been going to Basney Honda since 1987 and have always been treated with excellent service.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection in the morning. I was told that I would receive a text and or phone call with an update on what needed to be done. Seven hours go by and I still had not heard anything. I called to check on my vehicle and was told that my phone number was incorrect in the system. I had given the correct phone number to the representative several times before I left make sure the right phone number was on file. There was no apology or even acknowledgement when I finally arrived to pick up my vehicle. Customer service could definitely be better.

Service was prompt and professional. Basney was able to address minor issue in under 45 minutes.

Very pleasant and stress free place to buy a vehicle. No gimmicks, hard sell or lies. Professional, respectful throughout the purchase.

Car had been towed to the dealership because of a flat tire on the turnpike in my hybrid. (No spare which I did not realize at first) Service was timely, which was important.
