I brought my car in for oil change and was told that one of the things that needed to be done was a transmission fluid drain and fill which was quoted at $227.70. I asked him to check my repair history as I thought Basney had done that very recently! yes, turns out you had done that in August 2024! Did I feel like i was being taken advantage of? Yes, I do not really trust that I am being honestly advised of what needs to be done to my car, and that is bad. There were no cars at all waiting for an oil change when I got there, and I still had to wait an hour!

The recall service was completed quickly and accurately. I would recommend Basney Honda. The team made sure I got where I needed to be.
