Never felt pressured to buy the vehicle.

Never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. The only thing I didn't care for was that when they showed me what my payments were going to be. they had already added 3 warranties with discussing it with me. Very off putting.

Having had a working relationship over the last 24 years

Having had a working relationship over the last 24 years with Basney, I guess I would write them pretty highly. Their attention to detail, to Service and to customer relations is outstanding. It must be. I keep coming back, now for the ninth transaction.

Service advisor was caught in a lie.

Service advisor was caught in a lie. Original issue not repaired until after our vehicle was picked up and would not start. We will not be back.

I didn’t like the fact that the salesman was scared to

I didn’t like the fact that the salesman was scared to ask the manager the offer I had on the vehicle. Then I found a couple things on the vehicle that needed attention and he shrugged his shoulders and acted like he could care less. I probably should have just left be drove two hours to see the car. I learned my lesson
