I work at another dealership across the State.

I work at another dealership across the State. I ended up selling my personal vehicle to their representative Mo. He was professional, courteous an made the process, smooth and fair for both partys. His representatives that came to do the paperwork and retrieve my car were professional, thoughrough and pleasant to deal with. Mo is a professional to deal with. I've made a friend and colleague in the car business and someone I can count on to be fair and honest. Deal with Mo and his team.

After purchasing a 2023 used car, I was assured during

After purchasing a 2023 used car, I was assured during the closing process that if there were any issues at all to take it to them and they would take care of it. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing the check engine light was on and the vehicle died. I took it to the dealership and they only cleared the codes and did nothing else. Less than a week later I had the same problem. I reached back out and was told to take it to a different dealership since it wasn’t a Ford. I asked why they said they would handle it if I had any issues if they would g actually do anything. That would have influenced my decision to purchase the vehicle had I known they don’t actually intent to follow through. I asked repeatedly for a buy back price and was ignored. It’s my impression now that they knew the vehicle had issues and sold it to me misrepresented.

We had a wonderful and professional experience at Stearns Ford. Richie Mosley was our sales agent and he was fantastic. Our process was smooth from the negotiations through to the payment process, inspection and out the door. We will definitely be return customers at Stearns Ford - they are doing all the right things.

Stearns is my dealer of choice, have purchased multiple cars there and have all vehicles serviced there. The employees are great and so are the sales people.
