Found Stearn ad on autotrader.

Found Stearn ad on autotrader.com Tuesday night and contacted them through autotrader.com that night. They immediately responded, answered some of my questions, and we scheduled a test drive for the next day. Driving 3.5 hours to see the car, they were respectful of my time coming there, had an efficient process for seeing the car and discussing purchase. Purchased the car that day in about 3 hours at the dealership. All points of contact were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Salesman wasn’t pushy, but the guy over the salesman was somewhat. We liked Casey. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we ended up buying. Would buy from him again.

I worked with salesman Jeff Gray who had my vehicle

I worked with salesman Jeff Gray who had my vehicle appraised while we test drove the 2024 Ford Maverick I was interested in. He was friendly and professional and I completed my purchase in just a few hours. After the sale, and unlike some dealerships, Stearns Ford quickly paid off the balance of my trade-in (a 2020 Ford Ranger) and Ford Motor Credit confirmed the payoff in less than a week.

!st mistake was using the internet, I wouldn't have known

!st mistake was using the internet, I wouldn't have known a used Bronco in my price range, that wasn't one of 19 shades of gray, black or white, existed. Canden Green was my initial contact and was/is a friendly salesman to work with. It was hard to give up my 2.6% loan for the new almost 9% "great" rate (thanks Joe, you's an awe-sum prez). The finance guy, (Franklin, I think) was friendly, helpful as well, but I didn't go in with my hateful, haggling hat on either. I have no complaints so far... I got what I think I wanted, a little bit harder and expensive to find a front license plate bracket (being from VA) than I think it oughtta be.
