My Wife and I were very happy with the overall experience...

My Wife and I were very happy with the overall experience of buying our Sonata. We were greeted as soon as we drove on the lot. The car was shown to us in detail two times once on Tuesday when we went for a test drive.The second time was when we returned on Wednesday. Every detail was explained about the financing and getting us a price we could work with. There was no rush to make a hasty decision. Price wise,we were given a fair market price for our trade and that meant a great deal to us. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was the best experience in car buying ever. Thank you Chris and Craven and keep up the good work.

Everybody at Crenshaw Hyundai was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was looking at the cars in the lot with my Dad, thinking I wanted a new Elantra. I currently had a 2009 Elantra and was looking for a 2013, particularly red. David was the first salesman to approach my Dad and I. He was great and he asked me if I wanted to test drive the car. I did and it felt like it was already mine! David helped me get the right price in my budget range! I have went there to get my first oil change and everyone in the service department was just as nice as David! They have great customer service and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area!

I went to this dealership knowing I wanted a Hyundai...

I went to this dealership knowing I wanted a Hyundai Elantra and My salesman Tony approached me like he knew I was coming.He assured me that I was doing the right thing with the right dealership. So when I left the lot I was very satisfied with my choice of car and knew that i would be well taken care of. Just went back for my first service visit and of course they took very good care of me. Thank you for making this purchase easy. Would definitely recommend your dealership.

I was in desperate need of a car as mine was about to...

I was in desperate need of a car as mine was about to die. When I went to Crenshaw, it was mainly to see what they had because I had seen a used Accent somewhere else. They were very helpful and worked very hard to see what they could do that would fit me financially in order to put me in a car. They weren't pushy and overbearing. One of the main reasons I drove out of there with a 2013 Accent was because of the service they provided me with while I was there and since I have had the car they have continued to be very nice and helpful.

I went in to have the lever on the steering wheel fixed....

I went in to have the lever on the steering wheel fixed. It had broke so the steering wheel wouldn't stay in place. The service was quick with no hestitations. It didn't cost me anything because of the warranty and I hadn't had my car long. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership looking for a new or used car and they are always very helpful and attentive.

Wonderful Car Buying Experience

Buying a new car from Crenshaw Hyundai was a wonderful experience. David Griffin and Andres Cruz stayed until almost 11 pm to get me my new car! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their follow-up customer service was also great. Everyone made sure that I was enjoying my new car. ES

Tony Posey, Isaiah and Andres were absolutely marvelous. These three gentlemen were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive during the process of purchasing an automobile from the Crenshaw Hyundai dealership.
