Amy was an absolutely fantastic! That whole dealership was just amazing I went to look at one car and I didn’t really like how it was to get in and out of the car I guess they Sensed that and by the time I got done test driving the one I didn’t really care for me. I already had another one in line for me To test drive to see if I like that one better and turns out I did like the second car better I give a 10 out of 10 for a customer experience and everything they went above and beyond and did everything they could to get me in a car I wasn’t too sure if I was gonna be able to get a car but they made it easy and fun and I wasn’t even worried I knew I wasn’t getting that. I was gonna get a car from them as soon as I got paid Friday but I ended up leaving with the car. I love it 10 out of 10. It’s an amazing experience and I would recommend this company to anybody that asks!!

Nate at Farris is Wonderful! He helped us find the perfect car for our growing family, and made it super simple, too! I had enough time to get off of work and by closing time we were home with a new car! We couldn't have asked for better customer service or an easier trade in!

I will never deal with this dealership they charge you to walk around your car and not do anything. The woman that runs service does not know what she talking about

Just the facts
Twice they ran my credit with out my permission. They “performed” an alignment on my truck. Told me: this is the best we can do. Our machine is old and may not be calibrated correctly. If we attempt to correct your trucks alignment based on the computer readings. That will cost you more. That will cost you more. Alignment is ala cart? Not based on stated price. Two many big heads and small minds. The last person stated he was the GM. And if I want my truck aligned I needed to pay more. Pay and get out or get in hand cuffs hand cuffed. I paid. Truck pulling to the right. It did not pull at all before. A couple hrs later, I took my truck to an alignment shop. They adjusted right Caster. Truck drives straight now. There was no pull to the right before leaving Farris. I took my truck in for PMS based on new tires that were put on. I ask the alignment shop what the industry standard is for alignment. Adjusting casters is always part of the alignment if needed. These are they facts.

Great experience
I bought a 2017 Ram truck. Chase was the salesman. He was extremely nice and polite. He had only been at this dealership a week or so. If he didn't know the answer to my question he was quick about finding the answer. I left the first time without buying and there was no pressure to try and keep me on the lot. I came back 2 days later. Chase was once again very polite. Negotiations were easy going and quick. I always felt at ease while at this dealership.

Oil change
I bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from them, the first oil change they did they didn’t tighten the drain plug and i leaked 2 quarts of oil. Called them to tell them and they talk to me like I’m stupid, will never go here again. THEY SUCK!!!

Service department is awful
We bought a 2012 Ford Edge in July and bought a warranty with it. We've been trying to get it fixed sense August. I will never buy another car from them. They are a rip-off

Great people great business
Brian was a wonderful sales person. Everyone was really nice. They made sure we got what we wanted. We left with a great vehicle. We could have asked for better.
