Smooth and Easy

After hearing the ads I thought I would check them out. They listened and took care of my needs and wants and ended up in a new renegade, which I LOVE!!! IF you are in east Tn, check them out. Fun atmosphere

Awesome Experience

I don't usually leave reviews but if you are car shopping, this is definitely a place to check out. Travis was our sales guy and got us the deal we were looking for. He tells it like it is, the good and bad, and let's you make the decision using the facts. Not lies. I feel I was treated honest and fairly. Took the anxiety out of dealing with a dealership. Thank you very much. Love the car.

Amazing

Lucas was our sales guy and he was perfect in understanding our situation and getting us into a vehicle we needed i was so thankful he listened and was patient with us even with bad credit problems and helped get us into a nicer newer vehcile

AWESOME DEAL

This was the second vechile I purchased from Farris Motors the first one was about 6 months ago Matt was saleman. Had my sons in shop over there being looked at, it need more of a repair than we want to spend, the service department manager mention see a salesman to see if we could trade and stay where we wanted to be. Matt came through in a big way, but even more impressive was the fact that during the next six months I would guess I recevied 6-8 short call just to see how we were doing if the Jeep was meeting our needs. On the second trade I had seen another Jeep on line was in Knoxville and decided to drive over to Farris to see if the Jeep was still there and if maybe we work another mircle. Matt was busy when I arrived so I was greeted by Brian Anderson another awesome salesman we chatted a bit went inside looked at some numbers " I knew I was upside down on my trade so I did'nt think we could even get close on a deal". Did a test drive anyway, they looked at my Elantra GT. Came back inside sit down and Brain had a number that started me thinking maybe. I ask him for his best deal he went back to sales manager came back closer to what I was looking at, so I new they were serious, we chatted some more no pressure, no rush to get to the next sale. Brian ask how close are we, I replied close then he allowed me to make my best offer, he said what I've always said "the only thing the sales manager can say is he can't , it never hurts to ask" Brian came back in couple minutes said you need me to get you something to put stuff in out of your old car. Few minutes with the finance department deal done driving another Jeep home. If I had any complaint it would be: I like the haggle of the trade and both times they have made it to easy. Before I left the dealership I said to Matt I hate you was busy when I dropped in, he quickly replied we are all family as long as we got you taken care of thats what matters. I would highly recommend Matt or Brain and if you see a car on the lot you think you like I would highly recommend stopping in. P.S . if the Elantra GT is on the lot it is a really good little car, it was just not a Jeep, got my very first Jeep in 1994 which I still have, proud owner of 3 Jeeps, 2 of them from this awesome. dealership!

Bought a new jeep

There was such great Hospitality they treat you like family and do everything they can to get you in a car I would send anyone there to get a new car? they have the best service I have ever dealt with!

Dee Walker at Farris Motor Company

I bought a nice truck from Dee Walker at Farris Motor Company. This was the 2nd vehicle I've bought from Dee. Each time me and my wife came to the dealership Dee made us feel like we were famuly and we were his first priority. He even skipped lunch for us! He made me feel no pressure and made my wife feel comfortable. Everyone at the dealership made my experience amazing. My credit wasnt the best but somehow i left in a newer vehicle. It was so fast and easy that I didnt believe him when he said congratulations. I knew I made the right decision by choosing this dealership and got lucky that Dee was my salesman. Excuse me, I was lucky that Dee was my Customer Care Specialist! I recommend Farris Motor Company and when you go, look for the curly haired guy dancing on the lot !!! We will be back soon for our daughter a car so be ready to work your magic again!!!!

Brandon Davis of Farris Motor Company

Bought my very first car from Farris Motor Company fortunately my car dealer was Brandon. He really helped me understand the process of purchasing the vehicle and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle itself. He was uncommonly kind and seemed very honest. I would definitely recommend him to any of my college friends buying a new car. I really see myself returning in years to come and altogether enjoyed the experience. Thanks Brandon

Very knowledgeable!

I went to Ferris motor company today in Jefferson City TN, Brandon Davis was my salesman. I was very pleased with his attitude towards his customers. He is very knowledgeable and I ended him being my salesman. I got a newer car and had a great experience! Definitely recommend him as a salesman!
