I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!

Zack Cody helped me get a new car. He’s pretty much the second coming of the messiah and is gonna take over the car selling industry one day. Customer service is second to none. Zack could sell ice to an Eskimo and that’s no lie. He’s a great guy and will listen before he speaks.

Been this Farris before and it was pleasant, but this visit with trey was much better and was treated much like family. Great salesmanship very friendly, would recommend if you go to Farris ask for trey,

I came into Farris Motor Company last week with the intention of buying a new Ram 1500 but I was skeptical as to whether or not I would be able to get approved due to past credit history issues. BUT ZACK SAVED THE DAY AND I WAS APPROVED!! Zack and the rest of the team at Farris are awesome. They are very different from any other dealership I have visited. Go check them out!

I was helped by a salesman named Zack and he has to be the most sincere and helpful person I have ever met. I went to browse cars and he took time out of his day to answer all my questions exceptionally. I haven't bought a car off a lot before and he explained the buying process to me and was very informative of all the cars on the lot. When I do buy I new vehicle I will buy it from Farris motor company because of this amazing experience i had with this salesman.

Bubba was excellent at providing top notch service! He got me the car I wanted at the payment price I wanted. He was very nice and explained everything well. Go to him if you’re looking for a great car!

Zack has been very helpful in the car buying process. He isn’t pushy and will do whatever he can to help you out. He is very understanding and listens to your needs.

On the cars.com website it says they say they can get financed for the cars priced and milage for the cars they got listed. went there and they said I can't get financed for the cars with that much milage wasted my time.

Great place and such nice people. I would recommend that everyone check them out. I love my new vehicle. Thanks Farris I will be back.
