Great Service

I had a great experience with Crossroads Ford; this is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from there. They worked with me to get the payment range I wanted; they stayed late to finish the process the same day so I didn't have to return. The salesman; Chris Allison; took the time to explain all the new gadgets that came with my new SUV.

Good service!

Staff was very helpful and service technician performed warranty work in timely fashion. However, replacement part didn't correct problem. Technician to troubleshoot problem and get back with me.

Great Sales and Service experience.

After having such a positive purchasing experience in 2015 where I purchased both a Fusion and a Fiesta, I began bringing my 1999 F150 to your shop for service. Crossroads Ford has a great staff and competitive service rates to any shop in the Triad. I've taken my F150 to some budget shops, and either they lacked knowledge for the needed repair or actually charged more.
