Amazingly fast and satisfying experience
I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta SE with the 1 liter eco boost engine. I was looking for an affordable and economical vehicle. The sales associate that worked with me was very knowledgeable about the ford line up and went through great lengths to try to find me exactly the car that I wanted. I was able to walk in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours with an amazing deal on an amazingly affordable and economical vehicle. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from crossroads ford in Kernersville NC.

Review
2015 Focus ST. Staff very helpful. Checked the car when it came in from Raleigh. Only had ONE key. No OWNERS Manual. Opened rear hatch. Left side plastic pull down trim was broken. Had to take it back the next day. While in the shop a large dent was put in the top of the hatchback lid. I had to wait until the Next Monday when the dent man was there. The car only had 300 miles on it. Very upset. Still waiting on a Manual and an extra key. Sincerely C.T. Sams

Great People to Deal with
All the Staff here are very polite, even though they were busy. They took the time to answer all my questions. I used the same sells person I dealt with in 2014. I was looking at two Trucks. I believe I made a wise choice in the one I pick to buy. It has everything I was looking for in a Truck plus more which I believe was a plus in deciding to buy it. These people are great to deal with.

I just drive it, trust you to keep it running. I do keep check on oil level and tire pressure, but that's it. People there are courteous and I trust their work.

Excellent Service
My mom and I purchase a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. Our salesperson was very helpful. He took the time with my mom to find out exactly what equipment she wanted in her new car. He also took the time to explain all the equipment that came with the car. The financing department was excellent. It didn't take anytime for them to come back and tell us that we were approved. This was a very easy process in purchasing a car. No one hassle us or pressured us into buying a car.
