The service I receive at Central Ford Ahoskie NC is amazing. Jean and all the service personnel go above and beyond their duty to make sure I have the repairs I requested and then taking the time to tell me if there is something else needs attention. I LOVE ME SOME CENTRAL FORD!

I went in to get my truck checked for a leak Monday. Brought the part that was needed, was told the part will be here Tuesday went Wednesday and they didn’t know where my part was at. First she seen it but don’t know where it was put then it’s not there yet. And still haven’t received a call if the part is on back order or not. I based me getting my truck fixed from the time they gave me of when the part will be back. Now I’m in a bind because I can’t drive my truck and now the mechanic I have to fix it is moving on to other cars and it won’t be until next week before I can get my truck fixed.

Great experience with Central Ford. Everyone was very kind and understanding and very helpful with my concerns. Fast service and offer to help whenever needed. Thank you a central Ford.

It should not take your car over 5 hours to have its oil changed

Last week my car would not shift gears i thought my transmission was gone took it to central ford come to find out it was a simple fix was still under warranty and the part was in stock had me back on the road in less than 2 hours ( would have been sooner if i had not got talking to Tracy in sales ) thats great service now I'm gonna buy the 2021 ecosport and keeping my 2014 focus

Dropped my car on a Thursday and picked it up on Friday, service was good and the young lady at the window saved me money by reminding me of my Ford points.

Excellent experience with Central Ford in Ahoskie NC. I purchased my 2018 Ford Escape in 2018 and has had it serviced by the dealership since then. They are courteous and very helpful. I feel comfortable when I visit for maintenance and service. I always highly recommend them .
