A wonderful experience
For a first time buying a car at a dealership I have nothing bad to say about anyone yes i was scared and a nervous wreck about trying to buy a car and getting turned down but my friend Jason Brown works there as a sells men and helped me get in a car that i love the sales manager John Atwood is absolutely the best manager ever they where not pushy on a car for me they did everything in there power to get me a low payment and worked with me on my down you guy have a for ever customer and i will be sending people your way thank you for giving me and my family a car that we love

Outstanding Vehicle Purchase Experience
When we stopped in to just browse the lot of Fletcher Ford we had no true intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. We happened to see a vehicle that caught our eye and decided that we would look at it. The vehicle was a 2014 Ford and it had all the bells and whistles and met our needs completely. Our sales representative was Nathan Lambert. Nathan was a no-pressure salesman that was very knowledgeable and helped us from the beginning transaction with Finance until the drive off after the papers were signed. We are very pleased with our overall service and Fletcher Ford will definitely be the First on our list when we are ready to purchase a new car in the future. 2017 King Ranch
For the most part a good experience, there were a couple glitches, Kyle, my sales person was rock solid thru-out.The truck they located for me is beautiful! The only thing missing was the factory bed liner, but they are going to get that done for me and they bent over backwards by offering me free oil changes, and Zylon treatment. The dealership gets 5 Stars ! The only person I have issue with is Cory in finance, he made me pay 44,000 up front to get the truck ordered, seems very unfair to put that much Ernest money upfront just to get the ball rolling.

I hate car dealerships but love Fletcher!
Let me start by saying I have bought my last 5 cars online because I don't like to step foot in the dealership. I don't like the games and the back and fourth. But I was having a hard time finding the exact truck I was looking for. So I was driving thru the lot at Fletcher and here comes the salesmen. I told my wife to keep the window up I am not talking to any of them. Well she rolled the window down and here comes JB. From the first interaction to the minute we left the lot JB was awesome! He was not some pushy salesmen trying to push you into something you did not want. I told him upfront that we don't like going to the dealership because we don't like the games. So we decided to look at the truck and it was perfect. However I was trading off my baby which was my Jeep JK and I was having second thoughts. Most dealerships would push you into making the deal but JB and Brad(the GM) gave my wife and I time to think about the deal and told us if I need the weekend to think about it then the deal would still stand on Monday. There was no back in forth just upfront and honest on what they would give me for my Jeep. So we decided to make the deal that night. Also they followed through with getting me the extra key to the truck.(I actually thought they would forget) Overall it was hands down the best experience at a dealership ever. I thank you JB for all your hard work and Brad ....... Take care of my Jeep!!!

Our new Explorer
Our overall experience at Frank Fletcher Ford was good. All of the personnel were polite, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome. The best thing was there was no high pressure or pushy attitudes. JB, our salesman, made sure we got the car and accessories that we wanted. Happy With My New Ford
I love my new 2017 Ford Explorer Sport, and Jason Brown was very helpful and friendly during our buying experience! The new Ford Explorer is a great SUV and I love all the black accents that come with the Sport edition!
