Car was is for oil change etc. and sea at belt recall. Work done timely as told, cleanly and appropriately. No problems. Waiting room comfortable and employees very friendly.

Mike Procaccio sold me my beautiful Hyundai Sonata. He is absolutely fantastic and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. We had some issues with my insurance, but he stayed calm and always helped me work through the issue. I was weary of the no haggle pricing but I am extremely happy with how everything went down. 10/10 would go back and buy from Duncan Hyundai. They are fantastic people and I felt like family.

I did a walk-in to replace my headlight bulbs and they fit me in, and got me out in no time at all!! My previous oil and filter change was painless as well. The service manager and staff are great to work with and make every trip there a pleasurable and painless experience!!

Michael Procaccio is a great salesman, handsdown! We worked over the phone together to get everything setup in advance as my husband and I were coming up from TN to buy the car we wanted. Michael had it all together for us. But we wanted to test drive the car first to be sure this was what we were looking for and it was!

Quality of service (from calling for an appointment, to repair work, to the shuttle service) are excellent. I always feel welcomed, repairs are completed on time, and I always feel like the price is fair. Loyd takes such good care of his customers.

Bud was easy to talk to, bounce questions off of and relate to with various scenarios that arose as we went through the process of buying our vehicle - the 2nd most significant financial decision we make besides our home.
