Kathy Carter was very helpful, friendly and they were on time starting and finishing my service and Kathy knew about how long it would take. When I talked to Kathy on the phone she was very friendly in setting up my appointment. This is my second time to the service department and Kathy is the best!!!

I took my car in for an oil change. The lady at the service department greeted me with a smile and was very nice. She was accurate with the length of time it would take. I went to the waiting area, watched tv and when my car was finished another lady came and got me telling me where to go and pay. I went to cashiers office, paid and was told to have a nice weekend. Very courteous and professional employees. I’ve always dealt with Rameys. Jimmy was a dear friend of mine! He would be proud.

I really recommend Mr. Terry Freeman to anyone who’s looking for them a nice vehicle. He made it very comfortable, very quick and most of all he really cared about how you feel. I'm a chevy girl for generations my family only bought chevys. I was going to just look but the salesman Charles Alford came out to ask could he help me. I told him I was only looking. He said let me show you this Ford Fusion. I said no thanks I'm a Chevy girl. He said it won't cost you a thing to just look . I was surprised at how roomy it was and all the amenities it had. He said take it for a ride. I was sold I bought it right then and there. I've had so many compliments about it.

When I got on the lot I had no intention of buying a car. But after talking to the the salesman who came to ask if I needed any help. I thought ok I'll look at some of them. I ended up walking or shall I say riding away in a 2016 ford fusion. Mind you I'm a chevy girl for generations my family only bought chevys. But I loved this car the salesman showed me all the extras on this car I couldn't walk away. Went in done a credit check actually got the price even lower than I expected made me feel like I was the only customer on the lot. This lady walked away with a Ford Fusion. I've got nothing but awesome comments about it, even from my chevy die harders. Got a few thinking hey I just might get me one. Thanks again.

They sell vehicles with minor damage saying we will be taking care of it. I understand sales but to boldly lie another. Twisting things making sales part job . Falsifying thing to get a sale another- beware
