Easy Peezy

Had been looking for a specific Ranger for my dad and they had exactly what I wanted in stock here. Filled out the online form and got the standard email response with promise of upcoming call. Most times that never happens but these guys are different. LT called me and walked me through what they could do for me as I am in another state and 2.5 hours away. I thought their price for the truck was more than fair and they did all the paperwork for me and delivered the truck to me the next day. It was the easiest deal I have ever done in my life. Lets face it, nobody likes dealing with the entire car buying experience but I can tell you this was easy peezy. Even the delivery guys were great!! Got what I wanted, when I wanted, how I wanted and for the price I wanted.....and never left home. I cannot recommend Ramey Ford Princeton enough. Thanks guys Jeff

Rescued at the last minute

I had just totaled my car (purchased from Darryl a year ago) and I was upside down after the insurance settled. This made financing a little difficult and I was days away from hitting a buy here pay here lot. With nowhere to turn, I called Darryl, explained my situation, and hoped for the best. Within 30 minutes, he called me back stating that Ramey Ford was able to get me financed. Terry Freeman was also top notch! You guys really saved me when I felt there was nowhere else to turn!

Exceptional service

Went in for a factory recall and realized it was time for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. My truck drives better than it has after my visit. Work was completed in a timely manner and had me on my way in no time.

Quick and thurough

Service was prompt,courteous. My sole complaint is that the customer parking is non existent. When you pull up,its just a full parking lot with no marked areas that I could differentiate from the cars that were for sale.

Ramey Ford Princeton

Had my 2017 RS in for a head gasket recall. Service Manager, had a new clean loaner waiting on me while the work was completed. The technician communicated the process to me, kept me informed, and completed appropriate repair. Thankfully, my head gasket had not leaked, and I was shown a perfectly clean slate. Synthetic oil change was done, and I picked up car the next week. I was delighted to find that my car looked brand new when I picked it up. The guys had detailed it, not a spot on it, looked like it was ready for the showroom. Absolutely outstanding service...
