The dealer was very personable and professional he didn’t try and confuse me by moving numbers around or trying to talk me into something I didn’t want or need. He answered all my questions clearly and was eager to sell me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Great guy and look forward to purchasing from him again!

The nicest, most productive, people I have ever dealt with. Was treated like a queen. I really don’t know how else to say it. I didn’t even have a ford, I bought a used Nissan off of them 2 years ago an yes I had some warranty on it plus I purchased more an they still treated me like I had bought 20 fords from them. Easy to make appo and service were done quickly. The free inspection found a problem and we were informed. Clean waiting room and service area.

My experience with Ramey Ford was I very positive. LT was courteous and helpful through out the process and went the extra mile when the vehicle initially planned to buy was no longer available. he was able to find another vehicle that suited my needs.

I live 3 hours from dealership. So going there wasn't an option, delivery was a must..Bought new f-150. Basically made deal all through email, including trade-in. Even gave fair deal on trade sight unseen. Cant get much better than that. Worked with rex and Lt. Would buy from Ramey ford again.

Just had to write a review for my experience with Ramey Ford in Princeton WV. LT my USAA service representative helped me find the vehicle that I wanted. I wasn't sure if I could swing the payment of the Ford Eco Sport that I wanted. In my experience it's best to go big, all the way, fully loaded. Then you have no regrets. Well going all the way was out of my pay range for that particular vehicle, but LT found me a more than acceptable replacement with a payment range that I could handle. I absolutely love my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. It not only came fully loaded, but was way bigger than the Eco Sport and had a superb warranty. The complete process took about 5 hours and my new vehicle was delivered to me with the paperwork to sign! They even took my trade in back to the dealership with them! I didn't have to sit in the dealership for hours. I was working while LT was hard at work for me. It literally could not have been easier. Thank you again LT and Ramey Ford in Princeton!!!
