I just purchased a 2008 Ford F450 from this dealer. LT Schoonover was very helpful, went out of his way to ensure that everything I was looking for and needed I got. Above all of that, the dealership in itself went above and beyond by shipping my truck to me down in Jacksonville, NC the same night that all the paperwork was completed and within 5 hours I was in possession of my vehicle and have never stepped foot in the door of the dealership. Nothing makes me happier than good customer service. Ramey Ford and the representatives there are all over the top professionals and not sharks like you find at other dealerships. I have already pushed the name and contact information of this dealership and LT himself to a couple of my friends and a couple strangers who are looking for vehicles like mine. Just hearing how I spoke about the dealership and service I received, they are overly excited to contact them and do the same. I appreciate LT very much for the hard work he did for me, I also appreciate the dealership in itself for all of the help they gave me in order to get my truck right away. TOOK MY ESCAPE IN FOR REPAIR , PICKED IT UP SAID ALL FIXED, AND THEY SAID FIXED A COUPLE THINGS AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THEM,WEEK LATER RADIATOR HOSE BUSTED CALLED THEM TO COME PICK UP AND FIX,SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET IT OVER THERE MYSELF THEY COULD'T COME GET, I TOOK OFF MOTOR COVER TO SEE WHERE LEAK WAS ACTUALLY AT AND FOUND OUT WHAT THEY FIXED AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR ,STRIPPED OUT BOLT FOR COIL PACK,BROKE BOLT OFF ON PLASTIC SPOILER UNDERNEATH AND BROKE OFF BOLT ON EXHAUST, AND NONE OF THOSE IS WHAT IT WAS BE SERVICED FOR, AND TO TOP IT OFF NOW MY 4WD WILL NOT WORK

Awesome experience working with LT and the people at Ramey Ford. Had the most stress free car buying experience in my life. Had my new truck waiting in front of building within 15 minutes of arriving. That 15 minutes included the loan paperwork, etc. Believe it, the experience was awesome!!!!

I have been looking for a 2015 Edge for three months now and have been to multiple dealers, I had very specific qualifications which made it hard to find. Not a single one of those dealers could locate what I was looking for, which was very discouraging. Fortunatley, LT came through and found exactly what I was looking for right away!
