Ramey Ford of Princeton

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ramey Ford of Princeton and could not be more pleased with the experience. I worked, via phone, text, and email, with Nathan Branch in sales and Charlie (sorry I don't recall his last name) in finance, who both went above and beyond any other car buying experience I have ever had - and my husband and I like to trade, so we've had A LOT of dealings with car salesman in the past. I found my new ride online and LITERALLY did not physically see it until after the purchase. Nathan sent me multiple photos of the car, making sure he pointed out any imperfections (which were extremely few because I truly believe they only sell the best of the best). When my main concern was leg room in the rear seat, Nathan even took the time to FaceTime with me, so I could see the car with him sitting in the rear. During that call, he also showed me how several of the options available worked on the car. After squaring away the deal with Charlie, Ramey Ford DELIVERED my new car to me in TN with a full tank of gas!! It was spotless inside and out when it arrived (with exception of the bugs from the drive over on the exterior). You can tell Ramey believes in customer service and installs that belief in their employees. This is the 3rd vehicle we have gotten from them in the past 3 years, and the experience just keeps getting better.

Mr. Schoonover was very pleasant and attentive from the onset of the sales process. He answered all of my questions and always seemed more than happy to explain and explore all possible options that might benefit me.

i have bought a motorcycle and three cars, and out of all of those transactions working with Ramey Ford was the best! I spoke Lt the most, and he helped me a guy who lives in another state buy the car of his dreams. Not only did they work with myself and the bank to stay in my range for monthly car payments, but they also same day delivered the vehicle to my door. Even after the checks were signed and they had my money they still called and asked me how I was enjoying the vehicle and asking if there was anything they could do for me. They truly went the extra mile in my eyes, and their customer service leaves all other dealerships I have ever worked with looking subservient and inadequate. I feel they truly care more about helping people out than making a sale. If I wokeup tommorrow looking to buy another vehicle I would check thier inventory before looking elsewhere, because they are peerless in service and delivery.

I purchased my 2013 Ford Fiesta on April 5, 2014it had 28000 miles. Terry Freeman was Sales Rep. These cars have a recall in the automatic 6 speed transmission because the seals and clutches are defective. I took my car to my local dealer to have the warranty work done and they informed me that my car had been wrecked, and needed a cross member and some parts for the transmission case. I was not told of any prior accidents in this car. I contacted my personal insurance company and informed them of the needed work and they did a carfax report and it didn't show any accidents in the history of the car. This accident was unreported and therefore was not covered by my policy because I was not involved in an accident. I took my car back to Ramey and was going to let them do the warranty work since I bought the car there and they wouldn't do any of the work. I was told to take it to my local dealer to have the warranty work done. Talk about not standing by the product you sell or being loyal to your customers. I have written emails to Ramey and got no reply. It is costing me $1342.00 out of pocket. Makes you wonder if being dishonest and losing a lifetime customer and everyone else in their families business is worth $1342.00. Needless to say I won`t do business with Ramey Motors or any of their affiliates again and neither will my family.

Ramey was able to lower my payments and trade in my old car! I have twin babies on the way and saving every dollar is important! I moved up in model years, down in miles, up in warranty and UP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE while getting a family friendly SUV for my new babies! Thanks so much to LT and Jon and the whole crew for helping us today!

LT was super nice and professional! No one has ever gotten back to as fast as he did, and wasn't pushy! This was an absolute no pressure buying scenario, and every other salesman has been so pushy! He helped me so much everyone who was working with him was super nice! And the best part, I LOVE MY CAR! He helped me find the perfect vehicle and worked with me to get the price to what i could afford!

LT was very nice and helpful in my decision. What discounts! Great job in doing what was needed to get everything worked out. GREAT trade in value and GREAT payment on my brand new Ford F-150! They even gave me a free recliner with my purchase!
