WARRANTY REPAIR

I purchase and take all my vehicles to Conway Heaton for repairs. The service department is extremely helpful and great to work with. Christy and her technicians got my vehicle in and out in a hurry and did a great job on repairs! I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Quick Service at a good price.

Brakes went out on my 2002 F-350 and had it towed Conway-Heaton. Steve Greenwell, service manager had me ready to go that same day.? Great service at a reasonable price!

Conway Heaton gave me an Honest Deal, a fair deal and a fair trade for my vehicle. According to what I thought was a fair Deal. We bought a 2016 Edge Titanium. The price was $2000 to $3000 below any other quoted price. We searched 3 lots in Louisville to say sadly they closed at 6pm (For a working person, this did not help). We found 2 Dealerships that were open, one did not have what we were looking for and the other had sales reps that were not willing to help or did not seem to want to sell a car. . I called Conway Heating on Friday, to speak about a car on theier lot and on Saturday Morning I signed the papers. We were very happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service. I will return for future vehicles.
