Service Experience At Conway-Heaton
Battery Light came on and stayed on over the weekend so I dropped my F150 off to the dealer(without an appt) that Monday. The Service Advisor understood my concern and I told him I was in no big hurry but check it out and get back with me. Within 24 hours the service dept had diagnosed the problem and gave me and estimate to repair. I felt the price was competitive, gave him a go ahead and was able to pick my truck up that Wednesday. Service was Excellent! Problem corrected for a fair price. Thanks to Parts and Service again

Conway Heaton the best by far!
My wife & I just purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and love it! We want to thank Brad Gagne for getting us in to Lisa's first brand NEW car! I have bought a few cars in my life. Awesome Salesman
Brad Gagne was extremely personable and went above and beyond. Anytime I had questions he was willing to meet or email/text me information. Very pleased with my SUV and would recommend to buy local (it was first time to buy local as I had always bought out of town before)

TIRE REPAIR
My car was brought in for a leaking tire---it was fixed --however it was plugged. Between October 4- 6th, my low tire pressure light was continuing to come on. We aired the tired up--however, on the morning of October 7th--the tire was pretty low. Found a FORD dealership in Paducah KY. We called and they said to bring it in. We did, however, within 10 minutes we were told they would not touch my tire due to the fact it was plugged and SHOULD HAVE NEVER been because of it being on the outside of the tire. They aired it up to 50 pounds to try and get us home (BARDSTOWN KY). It started out every hour airing it up for 2 hours then went to 30 minutes. We finally found a garage that changed it into the spare tire--and charged $10. He also told us the same thing When we arrived back in Bardstown at Conways' we had to order a A NEW TIRE 209.00---I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

Services Appreciated
We had the oil and other fluids changed at Conways, per the special offer we received when we purchased our Escape. The staff was very helpful in that we no longer wanted our cell phones connected to the car. We had tried previously to 'disconnect' them, but after a couple of days, they would again be connected. Hearing and understanding what was being said was the reason. A staff member took care of this for us. Thank you.
