Buying a car has never been that easy. I want to tell you that you should make sure you keep Tanner around. He was fun to work with, and acted like he really did care about his customer. I will recommend anybody to see Tanner at Conway Heaton.

Great customer service!!
I've purchased three vehicles from Conway Heaton, and it's where I'll buy my fourth! I love the family friendly atmosphere, the excellent selection to choose from, and the amazing staff. Tanner Richmond worked with us on all three vehicles and went out of his way to provide the best customer service. From coming in on his time off to show us a vehicle to staying late to be with us when we closed the deal, he's been amazing throughout the entire process. The finance guys there are great too! They work hard to to get the best deals for you. If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience, Conway Heaton is the place to go!

Patient, Hard-Working, Best Car Buying Experience
Buying a car for the first time by myself was very intimidating. As a female hearing horror stories of swindling salesman, I was very defensive during the car buying process. I looked at MANY lots and talked to MANY sales people during the process. After long months of looking I found myself to be a hard to please buyer. In the end Conway Heaton was the best choice for me. Not only did the salesman listen to every detail of what I wanted, he also traveled a long way to go get the car after he found what I wanted. In no way did I get swindled, lied to, or pushed around by the salesmen. If I had to recommend a place to buy a car, I would choose Conway Heaton. Make sure to ask for Tanner Richmond. I truly believe the experience would not have been so smooth and easy if I had a different salesman.

Longevity of service and ownership
I have obtained vehicles and maintenance service with Conway-Heaton since 1972 and am continuing with leasing our current vehicle, plus with my daughter having purchased a 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. Although I live about 30 miles from the dealership, my satisfaction with their services continues on. Their longevity as a family owned dealership with their involvement in the community of Bardstown makes good relationships of their consideration of the consumer.

Awesome experience!
I drove an hour from Louisville to buy a vehicle from these guys and it was well worth the drive. This place has a family atmosphere and everyone all the way up to the owners interact and communicate with the customer. My salesperson (Greg Gephart) was top notch and I would not hesitate to make the hour drive to buy another vehicle in the future.

Family feel, low pressure sales, big selection
My family has bought all of our vehicles from Conway Heaton since we moved to Bardstown over 20 years ago. My family's situation is not unique. Conway Heaton's commitment to the customer both during, and more importantly, after the sale is unrivaled by any other dealership I have been to. Since Conway Heaton is a family owned dealership, when I go there I don't feel like I am getting the corporate run-around. Instead their employees treat me like family, are always willing to answer all of my questions, and help me find the perfect car in a no pressure environment. I feel like they really want me to find the car that is right for me, instead of just trying to get me to buy a car in as little time as possible. They are a small town dealership with big city connections, and I am always surprised by the assortment of vehicles they have on their lot. This small town family feel, no pressure sales environment, and larger than expected range of vehicles is why families like my own have been going to Conway Heaton for generations, and will continue to go to Conway Heaton for generations to come.

Oil Change
Poor service over all. Couldn't fix drivers door with window down and needed new motor to get it to work. I had to go to Danville ford to get it fixed. Didn't rotate tires with oil change. Sloppy overall business practice. Don

Dealership not doing multi point inspection!
Dealership not doing multi point inspection as they as they are! I wDealership not doing multi point inspection as they as they are! I was about to get charged $398.00 for something that should have been caught early on while car was under manufacturer warranty. Had to get nasty to get work done at a lower rate!!!
