Oil change, maintenance check

'no appointment' for oil change and inspection very convenient. all staff friendly and helpful. timely completion. everything just went so smoothly.

Excellent Customer Service

Extremely impressed with the customer service I recently received from Dick at Conway Heaton. I live in Sydney, Australia and I was able to communicate efficiently and effectively with Dick. He promptly addressed my concerns and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend all future dealings at Conway Heaton. It would be wonderful if we had service like this here in Australia. Wonderful service and great customer interest

To my pleasant surprise, I discovered that Conway Heaton had a commercial body shop which was open to the public. This is when I met Steven Lane, the delightful manager of the shop. I also met (and watched) some of the artisans that were diligently working their magic on other customer vehicle bodies (both commercial and private customers). I found them to be very skilled, professional and friendly. I hesitated bringing my 2007 Mustang convertible in for a little body repair (I dented the right front fender -- bad day.. don't ask); I was always of the understanding that it would cost me double that of a "non-dealership" body shop. This was ENTIRELY FALSE! -- They are very competitive (in fact they did more than I expected for the same price), I know, I checked around town. Not only did they fix my self-induced damage in a very visible part of the car, but they did it such that if I did not point out the area where the damage occurred (right in front on the right side of the fender),no one would be the wiser. Further, they fixed it in one day and had the car back to me the morning of the next day -- the cost was only 2/3 of what I was expecting (very reasonable). They are masters of the art of getting paint to match and blend -- this is why I took it to them in the first place; this is a true "art-form". I know, I tried 3-times. The car was well cared for but it is 9 years old and some fading will occur -- they matched it anyway. Steven and his staff are true masters of their trade and the word needs to get out that they know the meaning of "customer service" and quality workmanship. Steven will accept nothing less -- just like Dick Heaton. Incidentally, I had other service done to my car by their service department in the past and have always been satisfied and happy with their work. Their price is a little high for some of their parts but I think that may be because of Ford Motor Company itself. In a world where "customer service" is a scarce commodity, it's nice to deal with an outfit like Conway Heaton -- able to trust to do their finest work, using skilled professionals, in a timely manner, for a fair price -- and not make the customer feel like he is an imposition on their time. They are truly in danger of success!

Excellent service

Came in for 15,000 service on my Ford Focus. I called for an appointment and got in that day. The service department staff were very helpful and considerate. I was in and out in under an hour, it was an excellent visit.

Excellent service in a welcoming environment

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy with very little waiting involved. It truly felt like they were excited about my car purchase. They went to great lengths to make me feel important.

Professional and no pressure

My wife needed a new vehicle. During the visit we looked at multiple cars and we were not pursued by impatient, unprofessional sales staff; we were simply presented with models we were interested in driving. We slept on things for a week and I even took the opportunity to take advantage of the opportunity by trading my car for a newer model. Extremely satisfied.

great experience. knowledgeable salesman

I was looking to trade current vehicle for something newer. Stopped in and saw Tanner Richmond and he showed me several vehicles he thought would be right for me. Tanner truly takes the car buying experience to a new level. I would go back based on that experience alone. Tanner goes above and beyond what a normal sale person does.
