Positive efficient satisfactory-wow the car is nice I would have to say the most positive part of the whole experience was the interaction with staff at Carriage Ford. They are pleasant efficient I was surprised that the amount of time it took to complete the purchase of my car. They had everything ready answered all my questions. Thank you

Took my truck in for warranty service. All dealerships...

Took my truck in for warranty service. All dealerships are shorthanded. They told me they would get it in and diagnose the issue in 1.5 days. 8.5 days later, after daily phone calls and $600 spent on a rental car, they never even looked at it. Didn’t say they were sorry, nothing. Just gave me the key and didn’t say a word. I’m a lifelong Ford buyer. Don’t buy here, don’t ATTEMPT go get service here.

Marty Book is a great man. He had Lindsey Gilland help me with my purchase of a 2019 Ford Escape. I am thrilled with my car. Lindsey was great too! She is competent in her knowledge about Ford vehicles. Wonderful experience have Ms. Gilland help me with the purchase of my Ford Escape!

I truly regret buying a car here, having the warranty...

I truly regret buying a car here, having the warranty and expecting the customer service i paid for was a joke. worst shop ever to have work done. If you buy a car and get the warranty they will never know you have the warranty. Then when you finally call the warranty and get claim numbers the shop might believe you have a warranty although the shop has already been paid via warranty. Then after the repairs are supposedly made. I get my car back with the exactly the same issues i took it there with. Also had an oil change only for my oil change light to come on days after i got the car back. I pulled the wheel of to check if they replaced my wheel bearing and to check the brakes just to find they didnt change my wheel bearing bur charged me for it.

Spectacular Service

I have recently purchased my 4th new car from Carriage Ford. The customer service is by far some of the best anyone in that stressful position could have. The service members and sales team are very knowledgeable and will help answer any questions from safety to luxury. I would highly recommend this dealer over any. They take the time you need to help and figure out what is best for you and your budget not just now but in the long run as well. Above and Beyond service for me and I greatly appreciate it.
