Beware of the service department they will make you promises that they will not keep including the service manager Dean book will make you promises that... he does not keep when you read the reviews make sure you read the reviews on the service department and not the sales department
Make an appointment to take truck in to get checked out. A day and a half later I went to check on it and they had not touched it. They said they would... take a look at it and give me a call in 1 hour. They called back and said they had to get the camera from another dealer would not get it till about 4 and they would have the truck ready at 6 when they closed. Up on picking the truck up they said the camera did not take care of the problem and they would call me next week to make arrangements to bring it back where they can work on it some more. After not hearing from them Monday I called the service manager Dean book Tuesday late morning and he told me if I get the truck there within an hour to an hour and a half they would look at it work on it and have it finished Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday evening around 5 I check to see if the truck was ready and they informed me they had not even looked at it yet. After two appointments one made through the service manager I still have no idea what's wrong with my truck a total of 4 days at the dealership.

I normally despise working with car salesmen but Carriage Ford and more specifically James Jones gave us a better than expected experience. They got us... a VERY fair price on our trade-in, never once pressured us on the “new” buy, and took the time with us to test drive two different vehicles not knowing if we would buy or not. We left with having had a pleasant experience. I hope dealing with their service department, when we have to, will be as good. I recommend Carriage Ford and more specifically James Jones.

I went to carriage ford to have items that were on recall fixed, among a couple of other things that started to break down in my 2014 Explorer, that was... still under warranty. The tech. had the worst attitude, and barely gave me 5 minutes of his precious freakin time, and told me to go rent a car for 3 days, and then come back to leave the car for 2 to 3 days. He said with a crappy attitude that WE DON"T HAVE CARS TO LOAN WHILE YOUr CAR IS HERE WITH US, SO IF YOU WANT THE CAR DONE, GO RENT THE CAR AND COME BACK AFTER YOU DO! I have been a customer with this lousy dealership for more than 5 years, and this was my second car, but I never took my car for service because they always have the worst freakin attitude. I will never buy a car from them again.
I have ford escape 2013. My back side seat belt was not working. My husband took it to Carriage Ford for a service. He asked them to check seat belt buckle... and window wiper. They came back one hour later, told him to replace seat belt and window wiper. Well, that what he asked to start with. The bill was over $100- to JUST LOOK at them. It probably took 5 minutes of one persons time after him telling what's wrong. I went to wall-mart and changed window wiper. It costed me less than $20- to fix the problem. why are they charge just looking at ? I also know this after talking to my Friends "The manufacturer has a Seat Belt Lifetime Warranty which covers repairs and replacements of the seat belts as long as you own the car." I use a Car dealer expecting a little better than a body shop. I'm very disappointed and I will probably never use this shop again.
I inquired about a used vehicle at this dealership, and was paired up with Philip Workman. Philip was very nice, and understanding. He was great to work... with, and I never once felt pressured. I ended up not getting the used vehicle, because I needed to get something a little newer. However, the experience I had with Philip and Carriage Ford was great! Highly recommend them.
