Went to dealership for an oil and filter change.

Went to dealership for an oil and filter change. Was greeted by a courteous adviser. Forty five minutes later the job was done. No muss, no fuss. Great job, Very impressed.

Was a positive experience. When I’m in this area and need service l will be back. In this area visiting my cousin in Nitro, WV. I live in central Florida.

Did a fine thorough service. Valet service was more than adequate. When loss of power they called quickly and the next day worked in my valet being different day.

May wanna double check when your told something.

Came for an oil change said I had a really bad oil leak and it would be over $3,000 to fix it. Said it needed fix immediately. So I took my car to a friend up the street he put it up on a rack looked underneath it. Said he didn’t find any oil leak. I called back and the guy said bring it back and let me double check just to make sure it’s not leaking oil. Thankfully I’m a little smarter than that and I didn’t go back. Needless to say no oil leak just dealership trying make some extra money. Will never go back for service nor will I ever buy anything else from this dealership.

I paid for the works service and they didn't reset my oil

I paid for the works service and they didn't reset my oil life meter or top off my windshield fluid.
