When no other dealers were willing to help, service manager David stepped up and saved the day! Moses Ford is top notch! Number one dealer/service in my book!

This was the second time I’ve had the works preform on my car and they didn’t rotate the tires. I questioned whether my tires had been rotated. Jasmine asked the technician and was told yes he rotated the tires. Jasmine came back and told me he did rotate them. Unto the technician and Jasmine knowing I had marked the tires before going in this morning. After showing Jasmine he had the tech to take it back and rotate them It’s sad when the technician lies to the service advisor about his work. I was happy with Jasmine action to correct this problem. He was great. Again I just want to express my being upset with the technician about telling a lie and hoping I wouldn’t know. If I hadn’t marked my wheels before going in it would have been my word against his and I’m sure I would have lost that argument. It makes one wonder if I can trust the service work done on my vehicle there in the future. Again very happy with Jasmine response to the problem and taking care of it. Not happy with the technician at all.

"DD" was our salesman at the Ford Used Lot. He was knowledgeable yet entertaining. The staff worked hard to work out a great trade for us.

Moses was very courteous and prompt getting back with me. Crystal done a great job Setting up my appointment and jasmine Ingram was the best as she kept me very informed on what was going on throughout the whole time my SUV was in the shop. Very satisfied. In the future I will put Moses add to top of my list the next time I am car shopping
